The procedure of threads’ implantation is the most effective and safe in the problem of correction of ptosis tissues. With the help of 3D special threads it is possible to carry out a tightening of tissues practically on any parts of the face and body.
What are the threads?
Threads are thin threads from a biomaterial of polydioxanone, capable of independent resorption in tissues. Polydioxanone – suture material, which has been used for a long time all over the world in cardiovascular surgery, is a biologically inert substance that is not capable of causing an allergic reaction or rejection.
Threads are of different shapes, lengths and thicknesses. More dense threads are used for thicker tissues – cheeks, chin, thin monofilament – for correction of crow’s feet, wrinkles, wrinkles, superficial superficial wrinkles. Long threads are usually used to correct the face oval, wrinkles in the décolleté zone, lifting of tissues on the abdomen, thighs, buttocks.
It is not always easy to specify the exact number of threads before the procedure. The skin of each person is a unique world that can give a different response to a particular procedure. Therefore, the exact number of threads can be counted directly during the procedure.
Also, the excellent effect from the threads’ implantation can be observed on the body: tighten the abdomen, raise the buttocks, adjust the triceps area on the hands. Getting into the skin, the threads support sagging tissues, creating a kind of skeleton.
There are also threads based on polylactic acid, in addition to the lifting effect, they also have a biorevitalizing effect: nourish and moisturize the skin.
Indications for threads’ implantation:
• Gravitational ptosis of varying severity
• Athletic flabby skin
• Drooping corners of mouth
• Oblique and overhanging eyebrows
How is the procedure of the trade lift?
I conduct the setting of threads under local anesthesia with the help of an anesthetic cream, the procedure takes about an hour on average. With the help of the finest needle-conductor, the thread is inserted into the skin at a certain depth after which the needle is removed and the thread remains in the skin. After the procedure, the skin can have a slight hyperemia, swelling, which take place after 4 to 12 hours. These symptoms are reversible and reduced by applying cold and applying soothing creams. During and after setting up the threads, it is especially important to comply with aseptic and antiseptic conditions to prevent infection.
The effect of the threads begins to appear on the 14th-28th day after the procedure. Displacement of tissues is not a one-stage process, and the formation of the frame takes time, so the effect of the braces will not be noticeable immediately. The procedure is one-time and is carried out on average 1 time every 1.5 years.
